Our Services/What We Do Best
We provide Education, Empowerment and Independence.
Atlas Wealth Strategies believes that financial planning is a necessity in everyone’s life. Going much deeper than just product recommendations, the planning process offers a true holistic view and understanding of all facets of your financial life. You can see and understand how all facets of your plan: from a budget, to investments, to an estate plan, work together and toward your goals. This coordination of the parts of your plan may help the outcome.
Our plans generally cover the following areas:
- Financial Goal Planning: We help you plan for specific life events such as a financial wind fall, selling a business, inheritance, divorce, etc.
- Budgeting & Savings: We help you organize, understand and maximize your savings goals.
- Investments: We help you understand things like your risk profile, what’s in your portfolio and where potential opportunities or issues exist.
- Real Estate: We help you understand how your home, investment or rental property plays into your plan.
- Retirement Planning: We help you figure out if you are saving enough to retire, when you can retire and put you on a path to retire.
- Retirement Income Planning: We help you figure out how much you will need in retirement and how to best position your assets for distribution.
- College Planning: We help you get your arms around the cost of college and how to plan to pay for it.
- Risk Assessment: We help you see the risks and impact of a death, injury or illness on their plan.
- Estate Planning: We advise you on techniques to pass your estate and your assets to your intended beneficiaries.

How Are We Compensated?
Atlas Wealth Strategies believe that there is not a one size fits all solution to financial planning or how a client prefers to pay for our services. We like to be upfront and transparent about how we are compensated and provide our clients a choice. We can be compensated in one of four ways:
- We receive an annual fee based on a percentage of assets that we manage.
- We receive a one-time fee for a take-away financial plan. This is generally for those that want a full plan but prefer to implement on their own.
- We receive an hourly rate based on a very specific planning need. This is for those that need our expertise in one or two special situations such as a divorce or financial windfall.
- We receive a commission based on an investment or insurance product that we sell, such a mutual fund or life insurance policy. The commissions are always disclosed upfront.
